I'd like to have a painting made. What's the process?

It's a great honor to have an artwork custom made and most of our artists are available for these special 'commissions'. Our customers have purchased commissions for birthdays, special anniversaries, their beloved pets and estate heirlooms, and the like. Thoughtful attention will be given to every detail of your artwork and QB works with you and the artist throughout the creation process. QB will collect the standard 50% of the artwork price before the artists begins work. This deposit includes shipping, materials and specific time set aside for your artwork and is non-refundable. Throughout the process, QB will send you progress photos and video of the work. Once the artist has finished and you are satisfied with the final image, the remaining 50% (plus any customs/duties) will be paid, and the artist will ship the artwork to you. How will my artwork be shipped?

Most artwork is shipped in a shipment-secure cardboard box. Depending on artwork and/or artist, some pieces will ship by crate or in a dent-resistant tube. Artwork is shipped by the artist, directly from their studio (some exceptions apply). As the artists have spent countless hours creating these beautiful and one-of-a-kind works, extra care is taken to ensure your artwork is well protected for a safe transport to your home. Each artwork arrives with a certificate of authenticity.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

Original artworks and limited edition prints usually arrive within eleven (11) to fourteen (14) business days from time of order, depending on the origin and destination of the artwork as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the work is shipped internationally. From time of shipping, the artwork will usually arrive at the buyer’s destination between seven (7) to ten (10) business days, barring any delays due to customs clearance.

Also, in some countries, the customs clearing process may take as long as 30 days. Please check your government's international shipping policies for more detailed information.

The artwork I want is no longer available. :( Can I have a similar one made?

Sorry your favorite new piece has been sold. Let's create a new one, similar to this piece! Perhaps you have a specific size requirement, and maybe a few additional details our artist can incorporate to make it extra special for you. I bought more than one artwork. Will they ship together?

If you're purchasing more than one artwork by the same artist, it's possible they may arrive together. If you're purchasing artwork by different artists, they will be shipped separately, and each one will have its own tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

Queen Baeleit accepts all major credit cards, bank wire transfers as well as payment installment plans (Paypal, Affirm, etc). For bank wire transfers, please contact us at Billing@queenbaeleit.com between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST Monday through Saturday for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you may. Before the artwork has been shipped, you may cancel your order by email. If the artwork has been shipped, the cancellation period begins once delivery of the artwork is confirmed. If the work has been shipped, we will only refund you once the work has been returned to the artist in its original condition. From the time you receive your artwork from our couriers, you will have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.


We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned.

So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Queen Baeleit and are not fully satisfied, you have:

Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work

Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us.***

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

You may return any eligible artwork (i.e. artwork that is not one of the or Final Sale items, listed below), provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging.

The cancellation policy is NOT applicable to the following final sale items:

** Please note: artworks that have been altered i.e (stretched, cropped, and/or modified or damaged in any way) after purchase are not returnable.

Do you offer installment payment plans?

Yes we do! Enjoy the flexibility of purchasing the artwork you love and pay over time. We want to make it easy for you. We accept Affirm, Klarna, Paypal and Afterpay.
