Micky Goldstein: Multi Disciplinary Artist
BIO: Micky Goldstein's artistic journey began early in Santiago, Chile, where his innate grasp of perspective was evident in his childhood car paintings. His passion for painting consistently outweighed common childhood interests, leading him to pursue a solitary path of creativity over play. His commitment to art led him to relocate with his family in 1973 and, following military service, to study visual communication at WIZO Haifa College, where he honed his skills in illustration and animation while working as a personal assistant to Avraham Eilat. ...

Goldstein's professional career blossomed as a designer and illustrator, contributing to various advertising agencies, children’s books, textbooks, and the Israeli press, earning national and international acclaim. Notably, his illustrations graced the pages of Yedioth Achronoth and the Jerusalem Post. In 1998, he embarked on a transformative collaboration with painters on the autism spectrum, a mutual exchange of knowledge and inspiration that significantly influenced his artistic perspective.

Approximately 15 years ago, following a personal turning point, Goldstein dedicated himself solely to painting, transitioning from precise and planned designs to expressions fueled by raw emotion. This shift marked a continuous evolution in his work, underlining his belief in the never-ending process of creation. Goldstein's story is not just of personal development but a testament to the profound impact of art on both the creator and the observer.
