How will shipping work?
Our sellers are experts at packing and shipping artworks. Once you've made your purchase through our secure checkout, our artist(s) will organize the shipment of your artwork and provide lead times. The majority of all orders will be delivered within 10-14 days of purchase, depending on the origin and destination of the artwork as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the work is shipped internationally. 
From time of shipping, the artwork will usually arrive at the buyer’s destination between seven (7) to ten (10) business days, barring any delays due to customs clearance. For every order, you'll receive an order confirmation email which outlines the timeline of your shipment and delivery.
How will I know my artwork has been shipped?
You will receive an email from Queenbaeleitorders.com as soon as your artwork has been shipped. The shipping confirmation email will include tracking information so that you may follow your shipment’s status. If there are any changes or delays, we'll let you know immediately.
Will I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
Your tracking number will generally indicate whether a signature is required to receive a shipment. If you’re worried about a shipment, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive your work, like an office building.
Will my order be subject to customs fees?
Any purchases shipping internationally may be subject to further export, import and customs duties or international taxes such as VAT.
Note: Import fees and customs tariffs are not included in your final checkout total. The buyer is responsible for these fees and refusal to pay is not grounds for return.
Queen Baeleit is unable to advise on specific customs fees because these are invoiced to you by the shipping company directly once the artwork reaches your home country.
We can, however, confirm that it is calculated based on the value of the work declared by the seller and the customs office in your specific country.
Return Policy
Queen Baeleit is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors! That's why once you’ve received an original artwork, we'll give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. 
You may return any eligible artwork (i.e. artwork that is not one of the or Final Sale items, listed below), provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging.
The return guarantee is NOT applicable to the following final sale items:
  • Framed/Matted Edition Prints
  • Limited Edition Works
  • Artist Proofs
  • Special Collection Works
  • Commissions or Personalized Work
  • Sales Items
  • E-Gift Cards
** Please note: artworks that have been altered i.e (stretched, cropped, and/or modified or damaged in any way) after purchase are not returnable.
From the time you receive your original artwork from our couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned.
So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Queen Baeleit and are not fully satisfied, you have: 
  1. Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
  2. Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.).
