Trade Agreement

Queen Baeleit, LLC. Business To Business (Formerly To The Trade) membership ("Membership") is granted to interior designers & design firms, architects & architecture firms, owners & developers, brands, purchasing agents, set designers & stagers, independent/small businesses, chefs, and other qualified applicants in the commercial, hospitality and food & beverage industries. Membership is subject to these terms and conditions which are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Queen Baeleit, LLC.

Note that Members are not allowed to resell Queen Baeleit, LLC. products through their own ecommerce site or any other retail outlet or website.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is not transferable. The Membership benefits can only be used by the named Account member. The named member must log-in and enter their email and password in order to track sales activity and qualify for associated discounts.

Misuse of Membership may result in Membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade discount for personal purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction website or store), reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return, transfer of Membership, allowing others to use the Membership card (e.g., sharing the card with a client), and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a Membership application.

This program was formerly known as Queen Baeleit, LLC Designer Marketplace and To The Trade. Memberships issued as “Designer Marketplace” or “To The Trade” that have not expired are still valid for use until they expire. Upon renewal, member will be issued a “Queen Baeleit, LLC. Business To Business” membership ID.

MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT

Members receive a discount of 20% off merchandise at Queen Baeleit, LLC. Minimum purchase price is $500. Discounts available online or over the phone with qualifying log-in credentials. Product exclusions apply.

As a QBA Member, we want you to enjoy the best offer price, anytime, anywhere. If the Queen Baeleit, LLC. art that you're shopping is currently running a promotion online or in stores that is equivalent to or exceeds your Membership discount, you'll receive an additional 5% off that will be combined with the promotional price of the item(s).

The QBA Membership discount is not valid on: Outlet purchases, purchases of gift cards and eGift Cards, promotional items, gift wrap, shipping and processing fees or taxes. Certain product exclusions apply including, third-party products. The Membership discount is not redeemable for cash. Queen Baeleit, LLC. reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the Membership discount at its discretion. Queen Baeleit, LLC. Business To Business Membership is neither valid nor recognized at Outlet locations. Members may cancel their Membership at any time and for any reason by calling our Dedicated Trade Line at (530) 558-9181.

To check your membership status please contact a dedicated Trade Representative at tradeprogram@QBA.com, or call (530) 558-9181. As a QBA B2B Member, it’s your responsibility to notify Queen Baeleit, LLC. of any changes in your contact or Membership information.

TAX EXEMPT PURCHASING

Resale Certificates For Tax Exempt Purchases (within the United States)
To make a tax-exempt purchase in a state(s) in which you maintain tax-exempt status, please complete the following steps:

1. Download all applicable Resale Certificates for each state in which you are a reseller by clicking on the state name below. State authorities require us to keep a completed copy of the Resale Certificate in addition to your (re)seller’s license or permit. These forms have been pre-populated with Queen Baeleit, LLC’s company information as the seller; you just need to fill in your company’s information in the required fields.
2. Open the downloadable file from your computer (not within the web browser). Fill in all required information and sign each Resale Certificate and/or Permit you require.
3. Email completed Resale Certificates and/or Permits to tradeprogram@QBA.com. Please include your name, company name and B2B membership ID within the email. (Only one set of documents is required per company.) Once we have your documents on file, you will not need to provide a copy for each future purchase.
