From the artist: "I want to be a self-sufficient polyglot hermit who occasionally invites people around for home-grown, nutrient-rich, vegetable-based meals; to boogie, and hum, and read, and stretch, and walk, and make, and especially paint all day and night in a cave surrounded by my work, because I’ve become too attached to sell these little pieces of my soul, and I’m not hollow enough to make a factory of meaningless splotches. So the aim is to make art for myself and squirrel away somewhere secret, to make everywhere I set foot my non permanent home, that can be collapsed and folded neatly into a blue ottoman storage trunk.
